less meat and less car driving i can do. but making the apartment more energy efficient is not easy. although I use a timer to control the heaters in the winter. the windows and walls are not at all insulated ...
we dont eat a lot of ready-made prepacked food. of course the churrasceira at times, but that is made on the spot not far far away. but we eat a lot of meat, so more sallads ...
